Chef de partie - cafe/bar
Description✓Chef de partie required for a Cafe and cafe bar venue in the Vauxhall part of South East London, £30-36k salary, nice range of menus including a breakfast menu [served from 9am], brunch and lunch menu and early evening menus
✓This venue uses fresh food and is traditional British dishes
✓This role is working under the head chef part of a small team.
✓The role
✓As a Chef de partie you will be part of this small team in the kitchen
✓You will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen during your shift
✓You prep and also cook to order
✓This is a all day venue
✓This role will include all the normal chef duties and is at a chef de partie level or above
✓due to the nature of a cafe/bar style of establishment there could be days you are the only chef on duty.
✓Experience
✓We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, able to work on your own or part of a team of two.
