✓£12.00 per hour – 30 hours per week to include alternate weekends.
✓Our Client is an established provider of care across the south, providing a range of friendly, welcoming and professional support services.
✓They are recruiting for a Chef with a real passion for food to support the Head Chef in providing delicious and nutritious meals for their residents at their home in Crewkerne
✓You will also be running the kitchen in their absence.
✓You will be :
✓* Responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.
✓* Preparing and cooking meals to meet the dietary requirements of residents.
✓* Keeping track of stock and waste and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and tidy whilst operating within the budget.
✓You will need:
✓* Level 2 or 3 equivalent qualification in cookery and have previous experience of running a kitchen.
✓* Excellent staff management and communications skills.
