✓The business owners have recently taken over Naunton Downs Golf Club and their origins stem from a well-known London based hospitality business
✓They are excited to present this opportunity to develop a new offering to the Cotswold
✓You will become a crucial part of the business success as they start their journey.
✓The estate itself sits on a beautiful Cotswold golf course which includes a golf course, bar and restaurant with planning to add an events barn within the year
✓You will be leading a small team and will have a real passion and drive for delivering high quality experiences to all members and clients of the estate
✓The role:
✓- Working alongside the head chef to deliver a high-quality service
✓- smooth day-to-day running bar and restaurant
✓- Managing and developing junior bar and waiting staff
✓- Stock Management and Menu costings
✓The Person:
✓- Experience of working in a similar environment
✓- Highly organised, with a friendly, calm, and confident manner
✓- The ability to motivate and inspire your team
✓- A flexible approach to working hours [including some evening and weekends]
✓- Ability to commute/relocate:
✓Naunton, Cheltenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work [required]
