✓Leading the kitchen team in creating and delivering consistently high-quality dishes
✓Developing and implementing new menu items to keep up with the latest food trends and customer preferences

✓Managing inventory and purchasing food and kitchen supplies within budget
✓Recruiting, training, and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staffRequirements:
✓Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar high-volume, fresh food pub or restaurant
✓Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
