✓Salary: £18,500 - £22,000 a year [DOE]
✓39 per week [5 days from 7]Monday and every second Saturday on operational days.
✓Our client is a training provider helping adults with learning disabilities to move on and access new opportunities in training, education, employment, and leisure
✓You will be responsible for training and safety of all staff. They are looking for a qualified baker to produce high quality baking for a café/bakery.
✓Duties:
✓Support and guide Apprentice Bakers in the preparation and sale of high-quality baking
✓Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to develop and review bakery products
✓Assist the team in preparing and selling bakery goods and snacks for the coffee shop and wholesale market
✓Maintain stock control systems and relevant administrative records with the guidance of the General Manager and Bakery Manager
✓Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and hygiene regulations
✓Adhere to management and food preparation procedures in accordance with current statutory regulations and guidelines
✓Requirements:
✓Minimum of 3 years of baking experience [required]
✓Satisfactory police/disclosure check
✓Two satisfactory references
✓Demonstrates compassion and caring nature.
