PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, a beautiful, independently owned 4-star Hotel on the coast in Dorset is seeking a Sous Chef to join their brigade.
Offering a superb menu of classic British, seasonally inspired dishes with a Mediterranean twist, the successful candidate will be from a four or five star hotel background or have rosette experience.
This hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Bournemouth and offers bespoke, first-class service at all times.
In addition to exemplary cooking skills, the Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef with the management of the kitchen and deputising for them in their absence.
Live-in is available.
