✓Our client, a beautiful, independently owned 4-star Hotel on the coast in Dorset is seeking a Sous Chef to join their brigade.
✓Offering a superb menu of classic British, seasonally inspired dishes with a Mediterranean twist, the successful candidate will be from a four or five star hotel background or have rosette experience.
✓This hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Bournemouth and offers bespoke, first-class service at all times.
✓In addition to exemplary cooking skills, the Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef with the management of the kitchen and deputising for them in their absence.
✓Live-in is available.
