Station/Head Chef
Description✓Are you immediately available and willing to take on a temporary assignment?
✓Are you reliable, and do you have a working experience within a kitchen?
✓Do you have knowledge of COSHH & HACCP
✓Do you have a current DBS?
✓We are working with a lovely small hospital unit who require a station or head chef in their kitchen on a temporary basis
✓Main duties to include [but not limited to]
✓* Preparing of meals
✓* Cleaning down kitchen
✓* Serving patients
✓* Managing stock rotation
✓Enhanced rates for evenings and weekends.
✓Flexibility to work at short notice is an advantage.
