✓The team has just taken on a Business Analyst role for a key not-for-profit organisation, looking to grow their IT team.
✓Having already impacted the lives of tens of thousands through their work with over 15,000 charities across the UK, they are looking to take this a step further by optimizing their current platform – this is where you come in!
✓Given the people-based nature of this charity, the person fit of the business analyst is crucial
✓They are looking for someone who is happy multi-tasking, taking initiative and is comfortable speaking to people of all different seniorities and of varying technical knowledge.
✓What's on offer?
✓* We are open to experience with a salary of up to 50,000.
✓* Hybrid set up/ 2 days in their Liverpool office.
✓You’ll be joining one of the UKs leading Charity Management Services:
✓* Documentation of business requirements and business process and services.
✓* Getting to the root cause of what the business needs, to draw out actionable insights.
✓* Defining User Stories and prioritising them accordingly.
✓* Technical Process Flows, Data Mapping and AsIs/To-Be Process
✓* Coordination of 3rd party development partners
✓You will be working as part of a small tight-knit cross-functional team, focused on changing the lives of millions – this is where you come in!
✓We’re open to the level of seniority here so whether you’ve got two years’ commercial experience or twenty years, we’d like to have a chat with you
