Business Analyst
Description✓We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business & Process Analysis Team
✓This is a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the RNIB to help define how we will grow, improve & change as an organisation so we can help to create a world where blind and partially sighted people can participate equitably.
✓Who We're Looking For
✓We're looking for people with experience in Business Analysis practice, so you'll have an working understanding of the associated skills, tools & techniques applied in the role including; Requirements engineering, Process mapping, Facilitation [both remote and face to face] & stakeholder engagement, you'll also have an analytical approach to understanding systems and processes and be a fast learner.
✓You will have experience of working independently and remotely to successfully deliver business outcomes, but also be confident in working as a team and expressing your ideas to ensure efficiency.
