DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business & Process Analysis Team
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the RNIB to help define how we will grow, improve & change as an organisation so we can help to create a world where blind and partially sighted people can participate equitably.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people with experience in Business Analysis practice, so you'll have an working understanding of the associated skills, tools & techniques applied in the role including; Requirements engineering, Process mapping, Facilitation [both remote and face to face] & stakeholder engagement, you'll also have an analytical approach to understanding systems and processes and be a fast learner.
You will have experience of working independently and remotely to successfully deliver business outcomes, but also be confident in working as a team and expressing your ideas to ensure efficiency.
