Business Analyst

✓My client is looking for a number of Business Analysts to join them as they embark on some new and exciting projects.
✓The Business Analysts will be working on Digital or Brand programmes, which will include end to end technology changes as well as process changes.
✓You will carry out Enterprise-wide investigation activities into the business environment to obtain a strong understanding of stakeholders, unfamiliar and complex systems and processes.
✓The successful candidate will need to have;
✓* Industry standard Business Analysis methods and toolsets with regards to core BA capabilities [Requirements Analysis, Process Analysis, Business Change, Data Analysis, Facilitation, Enterprise Analysis, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Analysis, Business Architecture, User Research, Digital Transformation]
✓* Strong stakeholder management, technical and business
✓* End to end project experience
✓* Ability to work with developers & technical architects
✓* Experience of process improvement & business change
✓* Ideally waterfall & hybrid agile experience
✓* Salesforce CRM would be advantageous
✓* Intranet project experience, Liferay would be advantageous
✓* Brand rollout project experience would be advantageous
✓The role can be based remotely with once or twice a quarter in the office in Sussex/London
