✓Centrepoint are looking for an experienced Door to Door manager to run a team of fundraisers in Bristol!
✓This is an amazing opportunity to get involved in a cutting-edge campaign for a leading youth homelessness charity.
✓Young people sleeping rough is a shocking and increasingly visible problem in Bristol
✓Sadly, youth homelessness runs even deeper than having to spend nights on the street
✓Complex mental and physical health needs, gang crime, and a lack of access to education are just some the barriers young people face.
✓Our aim is to raise funds so we can provide thousands of homeless young people in Bristol with a safe, welcoming, and inspirational environment in which to recover and grow, helping them to leave homelessness behind for good.
✓As the regional manager for Bristolyou will be responsible for building a new region of fundraisers to help fund this and other new projects across Centrepoint
✓You will be responsible for the day to day running of the multiple door teams and duties will include:
✓* Interviewing and hiring Fundraisers
✓* Training up team leaders to run the team
✓* Ongoing motivation and Training
✓* Territory mapping
✓* Regular 1-2-1's with managers
✓* Monitoring and driving all KPI's
✓* Payroll
✓* iPad management through Evergiving
✓* Fundraising in the field
✓ABOUT YOU!
✓All applicants must:
✓* Have a proven track record of working as fundraising or sales manager
✓* Ability to run a multiple team region
✓* Ability to analyse results
✓* Interviewing and training skills
✓* Have a passion for ending youth homelessness
✓* Have an excellent fluent level of spoken English
✓YOU WILL GET:
