We have a hugely exciting and brand new opportunity to join the fundraising team at Dove House Hospice and play an integral role in raising funds to enable this people centred organisation to continue to create a home from home, at a time when it is needed more than ever.
The Role
We are looking for a Corporate Fundraiser to join the small but mighty team at Dove House Hospice, focussing on the development of partnerships across the region
Duties will include:
* Implementing and delivering on a Partnerships Strategy to support the Income Generation Strategy.
* Proactively researching, identifying and approaching companies that may have an interest in working with the Hospice, building strong and lasting relationships with these businesses.
* Planning, leading, managing, and delivering a calendar of activities for Corporate and High-level giving to support annual budget targets.
* Creating and presenting compelling and impactful partnership proposals.
* Developing and implementing an effective stewardship programme for new and existing donors.
The Person
To be considered for this exciting new opportunity you should be a confident and effective communicator, able to build relationships and network with ease
While fundraising experience would be advantageous we are also keen to speak with people looking to transition into this rewarding area and keen to have an impact for such an incredible cause
You should have a demonstrable track record of building relationships, working towards target and of delivery exceptional customer service
This role will also require a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
