We have an exciting new role for someone to oversee the co-ordination of data projects, and general maintenance, of the CRM and its key interfaces. 
This role is rooted in collaboration with team members across all Cathedral entities, as well as with dedicated project manager/s at Access, so in addition to being an experienced superuser of a CRM and extensive experience of using Microsoft programmes, you will also have excellent communication and relational skills as well as a good understanding of data compliance and best practice under UK GDPR.
Position: CRM Co-ordinator
Location: Chichester/Hybrid
Hours: Part-time, 14 per week
Salary: £27,000 pro rata
Contract: Fixed for 12 months

The Role
Ensuring that the database can perform to its optimum level by regular maintenance of the system and its data and also support of its users through project development and troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation;
Supporting stakeholders and other users ensuring they can sue the CRM effectively and also on-boarding new team members and ensuring effective use of supporter data.

About You
It goes without saying that you will need excellent technical skills so you’ll be an experienced superuser of a CRM
You will have extensive experience of using Microsoft programmes but that on its own isn’t enough… because in order to succeed in this role you will need the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders and that will require excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information to the non-technical. 
You will also need to understand what an organisation must do, and not do, in order to ensure that we comply with the letter and spirit of relevant UK GDPR legislation.
The icing on the cake, though not essential, would be if you had experience of using:
Content management systems such as Umbraco
Third party ticketing systems, such as TicketSource
Third party donation platforms, such as CAF donation
Digital mailing systems, such as Mailchimp or DotMailer
Working with queries, relationships or Power Query within Excel
An understanding of processes of claiming GiftAid with HMRC

The successful post-holder will be required to have a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure Barring Services check.
