Our customer service team is essential to the smooth running of our business
Whether they are coordinating repair activity, providing general advice and support or tackling specific customer issues our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.
About the role
We are looking for a customer focussed individual to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.
On the Job you will:
Be a first point of contact for Fairhive and ensure that all customers receive a courteous, approachable, helpful and professional service, ensuring duties are performed within line with GDPR, Confidentiality rules, Government legislation and Fairhive policies
Be able to accurately diagnose and deal with customer requests including repair faults, giving customer appointments and dates for actions
Organise workloads and priorities effectively to deliver work within agreed timescales
The ability to assert oneself and diffuse potentially difficult situations
The ability to deal with both difficult and emotional situations whilst remaining impartial
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
For this role you will need:
Good general education including GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English 
Ability to work as part of a team
Good digital and IT skills
