✓Whether they are coordinating repair activity, providing general advice and support or tackling specific customer issues our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.
✓About the role
✓We are looking for a customer focussed individual to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.
✓On the Job you will:
✓Be a first point of contact for Fairhive and ensure that all customers receive a courteous, approachable, helpful and professional service, ensuring duties are performed within line with GDPR, Confidentiality rules, Government legislation and Fairhive policies
✓Be able to accurately diagnose and deal with customer requests including repair faults, giving customer appointments and dates for actions
✓Organise workloads and priorities effectively to deliver work within agreed timescales
✓The ability to assert oneself and diffuse potentially difficult situations
✓The ability to deal with both difficult and emotional situations whilst remaining impartial
✓About You
✓We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
✓For this role you will need:
✓Good general education including GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English
✓Ability to work as part of a team
✓Good digital and IT skills
