Deputy Shop Manager
Description✓Our client a hospice based in Sheffield, is currently recruiting for a Deputy Shop Manager to help manage their store based in S1
✓You will assist the Shop Manager in managing the day to day running of the store, and act as Shop Manager where required in their absence
✓You will contribute towards maximising store sales and profits and represent the charity in a professional manner reflecting our core values and beliefs.
✓We are seeking applications from candidates with previous experience in a retail environment and experience in working with people from a variety of backgrounds as part of an effective team
✓You must have the ability to form good relationships with colleagues and volunteers and be a hands-on leader and motivator who can resolve problems and make decisions with a positive attitude.
