Development Lead – Health & Wellbeing

✓Salary Full-time equivalent of £30,000 to £40,000 pa [depending upon experience], pro rata to part-time hours

✓They have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Lead to firmly embed physical activity into health and wellbeing pathways within the healthcare system.

✓Interviews: First stage interviews will be scheduled between 15th -18th August inclusive
✓The Role
✓The Development Lead – Health and Wellbeing will work in collaboration with partners to ensure that physical activity is embedded into prevention, prehab, rehab and mental health services offered and accessible to people from all backgrounds.
✓You will work to ensure that Together Active’s agenda is recognised within the healthcare system, and that we are considered a valuable and trusted partner whose input is sought on key commissioning decisions.
✓Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
✓Build a network of healthcare providers to gain insights into opportunities and barriers to incorporating physical activity into pathways and programmes.
✓Raise Together Active’s profile through networking and sharing of insights and evidence.
✓Seek and secure funding, grants and collaboration opportunities to test new ways of working and prove the case for physical activity interventions.
✓Develop and maintain effective internal relationships to use the knowledge of others to help deliver services which create the greatest impact.
✓Implement insightful monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems.

✓Evidence of multi-agency partnership working
✓You may also have experience in areas such as Programme Lead, Programme Manager, Senior Programme Officer, Programmes Lead, Programmes Manager, Senior Programmes Manager, Programme Delivery Lead, Programme Delivery Manager.
