EA to CEO
Description✓Are you looking for an exceptional EA to CEO role within an educational charity just outside of High Wycombe? [4 days a week from home/remote and 1 day a week in the office on average]
✓This role is a 35 hour working week in a fabulous organisation with amazing benefits which include a discretionary 10% bonus on top of the salary of up to £37,000
✓What does the EA to CEO role involve?
✓* To provide high quality and proactive support to ensure the smooth operation of the Chief Executive’s position
✓Executive, administrative and organisational support [including diary management, travel and expenses]
✓* Maintaining confidentiality
✓* Representing the Chief Executive to provide executive input, management and support on projects/steering groups
✓* Providing ad-hoc support to other strategic roles as required, including the Leadership Team, the Chair of Trustees and the President
✓* Other work within the scope of the role and sphere of influence
✓* Effective gatekeeping responsibility between internal/external stakeholders, the public and CEO
✓* Managing all aspects of Chief Executive’s bi-monthly board report including collating, copy editing/proofreading ready for submission to Chief Executive/Board.
✓* Schedule management on behalf of Chief Executive to ensure all meetings, events and deadlines are carried out seamlessly.
✓* Producing high quality reports, summaries, presentations or organisation charts.
✓* Providing meeting briefings for the Chief Executive.
✓* Providing secretariat support for monthly Leadership Team meetings and Portfolio Review Group meetings
✓Providing secretariat cover for other meetings as required.
