HR Manager

✓Our client is an independent organisation that provide support to people living with disabilities
✓Although the title of this role is HR Manager, they are looking for someone with HR Generalist experience
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the HR infrastructure to support growth, as well as providing policy advice and practical HR solutions.
✓Please note - this role does not have any payroll/pension responsibilities.
✓General duties will include:
✓To provide comprehensive advice and support
✓To develop, implement and review a set of HR policies and procedures
✓To manage and effective recruitment, selection and induction process
✓To set up and manage an efficient HR administrative process which enable easy access to individual, team and cross organisational management information, including absence records
✓To set up and manage a training and development programme
✓What the client is looking for:
✓At least 3 years experience as a HR Generalist with experience with the main HR functions such as recruitment, L&D and employee relations
✓Minimum CIPD level 5 or evidence of continued development working towards membership
✓Experience of managing recruitment and selection process
