Our client is an independent organisation that provide support to people living with disabilities
Although the title of this role is HR Manager, they are looking for someone with HR Generalist experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the HR infrastructure to support growth, as well as providing policy advice and practical HR solutions.
Please note - this role does not have any payroll/pension responsibilities.
General duties will include:
To provide comprehensive advice and support
To develop, implement and review a set of HR policies and procedures
To manage and effective recruitment, selection and induction process
To set up and manage an efficient HR administrative process which enable easy access to individual, team and cross organisational management information, including absence records
To set up and manage a training and development programme
What the client is looking for:
At least 3 years experience as a HR Generalist with experience with the main HR functions such as recruitment, L&D and employee relations
Minimum CIPD level 5 or evidence of continued development working towards membership
Experience of managing recruitment and selection process
