✓As a Temporary Individual Giving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the organisation, connecting donors with our impactful projects and helping us achieve our mission
✓This is a unique chance to work with a dynamic and dedicated team, making a real impact on the lives of individuals in need.
✓What you will be doing:
✓Accurately and efficiently enter data onto our CRM database, from supporter information to donations, communication preferences and gift aid declarations.
✓Thank donors promptly and accurately, managing your time to make sure that all tasks are completed in line with SLAs.
✓Process debit/credit card and direct debit donations [training is provided] - a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is needed.
✓Ensure data is processed in line with Data Protection policies
✓Speaking to donors on the phone and via email, responding to all enquiries with positive energy, in a prompt and professional manner.
✓You will be efficient and able to work to schedules, great with planning your time and structuring your day
