Membership Engagement Coordinator
Description✓Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be working with a Medical Membership Organisation to recruit a Membership Engagement Coordinator.
✓The Membership Engagement Coordinator is a key role for the Membership and Systems Team responsible for the effective coordination of recruitment and engagement activities to increase membership growth, improve retention, and deliver a high standard of member services and experience via all channels.
✓Job Title: Membership Engagement Coordinator

✓Permanent contract
✓Salary: £32,000/annum
✓Hybrid: 2 days in the office per week
✓Location: Central London
✓Key responsibilities: Membership Engagement Coordinator
✓Recruitment
✓Actively recruit new members through effective coordination of activities on the membership recruitment plan and measure outcomes and campaign success.
✓Promote Group Membership and coordinate onboarding.
✓Design, and/or work with designers, to create promotional images and materials.
✓Working with the membership team and other departments, regularly review and update the onboarding welcome packs.
✓Coordinate membership recruitment campaigns through various channels
✓Engagement
✓Engage with members via various channels to increase the levels of content and benefit usage.
✓Manage the engagement calendar providing members with regular bulletins about services and benefits and organising surveys.
✓Work with the membership team to encourage member retention, engaging with members through career stages and encourage upgrades where needed.
✓Devise and implement win-back and lapsing campaigns to increase renewal rates.
✓Create lead generation campaigns via various channels and implement the data capture activities outlined in the Data Strategy.
✓Assist with the World Partner Network [WPN] engagement plan to increase international membership
✓Member journey and user experience [UX]
✓Working with the Director of Membership and Systems, carry out regular reviews and improvements to the member journey and experience.
✓Ensure member benefits and opportunities are clearly signposted and accessible.
✓Work with the Director of Membership and Systems to regularly assess, update, and make visible the member value proposition.
✓Review and update member-relevant web and portal pages
✓CRM/Data management
✓Create and maintain promotional email distribution lists in the CRM and integrated e-marketing tools to comply with the BIR's data privacy policy.
✓Create and manage automated email processes in the CRM.
✓Run regular data quality and exception reports, and carry out cleansing tasks as necessary, to support segmentation and targeted engagement
