✓Salary: London and surrounding counties £36, 444 Rest of UK £33,497
✓Job Type: Permanent, Full time 35 hours

✓This is an exciting time at GamCare! As part of our newly formed System Co-ordinator function, we are working closely with GambleAware to support the National Gambling Support Network [NGSN] and have created a new role to support with our expanding calendar of learning events
✓We are looking for a National Clinical Training Facilitator with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
✓You will have extensive experience in facilitating learning events including information sessions, workshops, and training packages, and must be keen to develop your skills in a creative and dynamic environment
✓We are offering an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to expand on their existing excellent facilitator skills by participating in each part of the training cycle - from skills gap analysis to the ongoing evaluation and adaptation of training packages
✓Main Responsibilities
✓* Delivering, evolving, and evaluating the Model of Care documentation training package, and promoting a deeper understanding of the Guiding Principles.
✓* Managing and maintaining the reflective log initiative, including the reviewing of each log using an analytical rubric, and the collation of trends, insights and self-identified skills gaps gained from this initiative.
✓* Delivering [and co delivering] bespoke workshops and learning to attendees from the National Gambling Support Network and providing feedback to enable the adaptation and "fine tuning" of the event.
✓* Designing, delivering [and eventually leading on] specific learning events as designated by the National Clinical Training Manager.
✓* Working with internal and external stakeholders [including colleagues from the Quality and Innovation directorate] to ensure that all learning events created by the National Clinical Training Team are reflective of emerging research and in line with best practice and remains evidenced based.
✓The Ideal Candidate
✓As the successful candidate you'll be a part of a remote team and will be an excellent communicator with a sound understanding of the training evaluation process.
✓You will work closely with the National Clinical Training Manager, and already have demonstrable experience in delivering content to attendees with varying learning styles
✓As each learning event is bespoke and specific to gambling harms, you must be prepared to be supported in evolving your already excellent facilitation skills and therefore pay close attention to your own professional development.
✓With demonstrable experience of managing multiple learning events simultaneously in a dynamic organisation, you will be able to evidence your commitment to organisation, administration and planning your workload.
