✓Location: Contracted to our Peterborough office with the flexibility for hybrid working

✓Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
✓Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

✓NURTuRE [the National Unified Renal Translational Research Enterprise] is the first centralised kidney biobank in the UK
✓We are looking for an operational manager to join our team
✓This key role will ensure the successful establishment and day to day operations of the charity’s collaborative NURTuRE Biobank programme.
✓The individual is likely to have had experience in the research and innovation sector such as in setting up and managing clinical trials or establishing key research infrastructure focusing on biobanks with linked data
✓An ability to build and manage strong relationships with charity colleagues and NURTuRE related academic leadership teams, patients and other key stakeholders including funders is essential.
✓The successful applicant will be required to work with other charity colleagues, as well as a wide range of external stakeholders including patients, service providers, academics, and funders.
✓The post holder will require an agile, flexible, and entrepreneurial approach to support all aspects of the NURTuRE project.
