Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our charity
You will work closely with the Trustees to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, manage a small team, and ensure that the programs and services are delivered to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a small team of staff and volunteers, providing leadership, support, and guidance as needed.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient running of the charity.
* Oversee the management of our programs and services, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest possible standard.
* Manage the budget for the charity, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and that the charity is operating within budgetary constraints.
* Work closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement fundraising strategies and ensure that fundraising goals are met.
* Manage the charity's administrative functions, including record keeping, data management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and suppliers.
This is initially an appointment of up to 12 months and offers hybrid and flexible working opportunities
