Part time Facilities Assistant
Description✓Pay - 16ph
✓Work pattern - 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday
✓Duration - 5 weeks
✓Hours - 21 per week

✓Are you looking for a part-time opportunity as a Facilities Assistant? We have an exciting position available with a well-established organisation in the scientific industry
✓This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic team, supporting the smooth operation of their facilities.
✓Your duties will include:
✓Working with other team members to ensure continuous service for switchboard and reception area.
✓Working with internal teams and the workplace team to deliver the smooth running of meeting room logistics.
✓Employee services such as welfare facilities, access, H&S, and guidance in areas we are experts in.
✓Soft services such as stationery, post, printing etc
✓which is done both in-house and by external companies.
✓Premises management from the H&S requirements, to operations, and maintenance of hard services such as BMS, lifts, and CCTV etc.
✓First point of contact for visitors entering the building
✓Organise meeting requests
✓Answer internal facilities email requests
✓Provide coverage for telephone calls made to the switchboard
✓Handling requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring that customer service is a top priority
✓What you need:
✓One year reception experience or two years of customer service experience.
✓Previous workplace / facilities experience favourable.
✓Can coordinate and measure work effectively, taking responsibility for tasks and decisions.
✓Is customer focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers / partners.
