Description✓A fantastic opportunity has become available at St Margaret's Hospice, for a role of Quality Assurance and Audit Officer to join our Governance team.
✓Quality Assurance and Audit Officer
✓Salary: £26,759.27 - £27,569.57 per annum, dependent on experience
✓Contract Type: Permanent
✓Location: Taunton
✓Hours of work: 37 hours
✓Annual leave: Initial entitlement 33 days [inclusive of Bank Holidays], rising to 35 days after 1 year and increasing dependent on length of service.

✓We are ideally looking for someone who is passionate about compliance and service improvement, as well as having recent and relevant or transferable skills in Audit, investigation skills and complaint handling.
✓Working as part of a small, busy team, the successful candidate will support and develop a culture of continuous quality improvement and assurance across all directorate areas in compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
✓The successful candidate must have the ability to plan and organise their own time and workload effectively, use own judgement and make decisions
✓Good interpersonal skills, including negotiation and persuasion.
