Quality Assurance and Audit Officer
Salary: £26,759.27 - £27,569.57 per annum, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Taunton
Hours of work: 37 hours
Annual leave: Initial entitlement 33 days [inclusive of Bank Holidays], rising to 35 days after 1 year and increasing dependent on length of service.

We are ideally looking for someone who is passionate about compliance and service improvement, as well as having recent and relevant or transferable skills in Audit, investigation skills and complaint handling.
Working as part of a small, busy team, the successful candidate will support and develop a culture of continuous quality improvement and assurance across all directorate areas in compliance, risk management and quality assurance.
The successful candidate must have the ability to plan and organise their own time and workload effectively, use own judgement and make decisions
Good interpersonal skills, including negotiation and persuasion.
