Recruitment Advisor
Description✓Additional salary details: £33,139 per annum [40% minimum attendance at our London Office] or £29,588 per annum [Less than 40% attendance at our London Office]
✓Location: Flexible location with an expectation of travel to our London Offices a minimum of 40% of working week [London Pay Band Salary] or a minimum of 4 times per month [Main Pay Band Salary]
✓Working Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week
✓An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Human Resources Team.
✓Reporting to the Recruitment Managers the purpose of this role is to provide a proactive and streamlined Recruitment and Selection service across the organisation whilst ensuring recruiting managers are kept abreast of current legislation, policy and procedure.
✓As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following:
✓* Experience of delivering recruitment training to stakeholders at all levels
✓* Extensive experience and knowledge of conducting detailed and insightful interviews at all levels
✓* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and using various mediums
✓* Experience of running successful recruitment campaigns within a successful in house recruitment provision
✓* Knowledge of the current recruitment market, ability to provide up to date support and guidance around recruitment and come up with proactive and responsive recruitment to meet the resourcing needs of The Salvation Army
✓Travel will be required as part of the role as and when needed to attend meetings/interviews
✓The successful candidate will be expected to work in our Headquarters currently at 101 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6BN a minimum of 40% of working week or a minimum of 4 days per month
✓In October 2023 we will be moving to our new, modern headquarters at Denmark Hill, London, SE5 8BQ
