✓LOCATION: Plymouth
✓HOURS: 37.5 Hours Mon – Fri
✓SALARY: £14.48 PAYE – includes car allowance
✓DURATION: 6 months +

✓Our client, a leading housing provider in the Southwest, is looking for a temporary worker to provide a floating support service to customers in their homes across several of their sheltered schemes around Plymouth.
✓The role:
✓Deliver tailored support to a variety of customers with diverse needs to promote independence and encourage them to live safely as part of their communities
✓Work collaboratively with other colleagues and external bodies to ensure an appropriate, timely and comprehensive service is delivered
✓You will work need to work flexibly, reactively, and responsively as you will not work with people who fit into a 9-5 framework.
✓Key Responsibilities & Duties
✓* To create and implement person centred, holistic support plans and risk assessments.
✓* Manage a caseload of 85 clients across various schemes in Plymouth
✓* Provide housing related support, i.e
✓budgeting, benefits, repairs and health and safety
✓* Client participation, consultation, and involvement to prevent social isolation.
✓* Signposting and encouraging access to third party agencies.
✓* Report any safeguarding issues or concerns.
✓* Have accurate record keeping and computer skills word and excel.
