Scheme Manager - Extra Care
Description✓Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager - Extra Care on a full time, permanent basis based in Oxford. In return you will receive a competitive salary of circa £30,000 per annum.

✓About the Scheme Manager - Extra Care role:
✓As a Scheme Manager – Extra Care, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day housing management and services provided at an extra care scheme. You will take full responsibility of managing the estate and monitoring the services provided by others.
✓Weekly Hours: Monday - Friday [35 hours]
✓What you can expect to be doing as our Scheme Manager - Extra Care:
✓Ensure schemes are managed to a high standard and meet all statutory requirements in terms of fire, safety, and health at all times
✓Be able to work with external care teams and other shareholders
✓Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and ensure residents feel safe, secure and respected
✓Report and proactively monitor repairs and maintenance, ensuring you supervise all contractors, service workers and other professionals whilst on the premises
✓Identity and act on any safeguarding concerns and manage risks appropriately
✓Continually assess residents needs to ensure they have the right level of support
✓Provide cover for other schemes when required to ensure a consistent level of service delivery
✓Closing date: 27th July 2023, at 23:59pm
✓This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
