Scheme Manager
Description✓Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager on a full time, permanent basis based in Reading. In return you will receive a competitive salary of circa £30,000 per annum.

✓About the Scheme Manager role:
✓As a Scheme Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day housing management and services provided at an older people's housing scheme. You will take full responsibility of managing the estate and monitoring the services provided by others.
✓Weekly Hours: Monday - Friday [35 hours]
✓What you can expect to be doing as our Scheme Manager:
✓Ensuring schemes are managed to a high standard and meeting all statutory requirements in terms of fire, safety and health at all times
✓Maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction and ensuring residents feel safe, secure and respected
✓Reporting and proactively monitoring repairs and maintenance, ensuring you supervise all contractors, service workers and other professionals whilst on the premises
✓Identifying and acting on any safeguarding concerns and managing risks appropriately
✓Continually assessing residents needs to ensure they have the right level of support
✓Providing cover for other schemes when required to ensure a consistent level of service delivery
✓Closing date: 25th July 2023, at 23:59pm
✓This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
