✓£37,000 per annum
✓Hybrid working, 3 days on site per week
✓
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓·Work closely with managers within the business to organise and undertake investigations and attend disciplinary and appeal hearings
✓·Managing a high volume of employee relations casework including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
✓·Devise and implement tailored solutions to complex issues, in line with company policies and procedures to enable line managers to make informed and timely decisions on staffing matters
✓·Able to advise managers on HR policies and procedures
✓·Pro-actively seeking opportunities to build relationships on site and provide professional advice with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an effective HR service to the organisation
✓·Being responsible for efficient outcomes to close ER cases within a specified time frame
✓
✓Senior ER Advisor - About you:
✓·CIPD Level 5 qualified
✓·Experience working in a multi-site unionised environment would be beneficial
✓·Good coaching and communication skills
✓·Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
✓·Comfortable travelling to other sites within the business
