As a Team Leader you will:
Assist in the assessment, selection & monitoring of individuals who are referred to the service
Ensure person centred approaches are used routinely
Work alongside colleagues, other agencies and the wider community to bring about opportunities
Develop, monitor and maintain professional and caring relationships with individuals using the service
Assist in the selection, recruitment and induction of staff members
To be successful as a Team Leader you will:
Have experience of working within the Health & Social Care sector
Hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards
Hold a Full UK driving license & have access to a vehicle
Previously learning disability or complex needs experience would be advantageous but not essential
In return my client is offering an annual salary of up to £22,800. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, including evenings & weekends
