✓As a Team Leader you will:
✓Assist in the assessment, selection & monitoring of individuals who are referred to the service
✓Ensure person centred approaches are used routinely
✓Work alongside colleagues, other agencies and the wider community to bring about opportunities
✓Develop, monitor and maintain professional and caring relationships with individuals using the service
✓Assist in the selection, recruitment and induction of staff members
✓To be successful as a Team Leader you will:
✓Have experience of working within the Health & Social Care sector
✓Hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards
✓Hold a Full UK driving license & have access to a vehicle
✓Previously learning disability or complex needs experience would be advantageous but not essential
✓In return my client is offering an annual salary of up to £22,800. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, including evenings & weekends
