The Package
* Salary of £30,877
* 12 month contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Agile working option, working from home or at our offices in either Llandudno Junction or Bangor, travelling to our offices as and when required to meet the needs of the organisation as well as travelling to site visits and meetings across North Wales

The Role – Neighbourhood Officer
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Housing Manager, you’ll provide a range of high-quality housing services to our customers, promoting sustainable communities and occupation contracts, supporting compliance with regulations, and managing anti-social behaviour and housing management issues
This will involve:
* Providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective customer service to all those who contact the Association concerning their housing needs
* Getting to know and understand our customers so that we can provide housing management that will promote sustainable contracts and communities
* Assisting in the development of robust and appropriate approaches, policies and procedures for the management of anti-social behaviour
* Assisting in legal action to prevent breaches in contract, attending County Court hearings to represent the interests of the Association and our residents
* Working with a wide range of external agencies and organisations for the benefit of customers
* Undertaking housing checks and visits
* Managing ancillary team members to ensure a high level of service at schemes
* Promoting and participating in the process of resident consultation and participation, including providing information to customers, attending residents’ and outside agencies’ meetings, including occasional out-of-hours meetings
Our Requirements – Neighbourhood Officer
* Experience of housing management gained in either the public or private sector, including working with occupation contracts and providing social inclusion activities
* Knowledge of welfare and housing benefits, in addition to housing legislation and issues
* Ability to hold everyday conversations in Welsh
* An awareness of the support needs of vulnerable people
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full, clean driving licence and car available for work use
