Description✓Architectural Technologist, Bristol, £30k - £40k DOE
✓Opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an award winning national multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Bristol
✓Due to the busy market this consultancy are in an exciting period of growth and looking for a Technologist preferably with experience in Revit
✓You will be based in their modern and contemporary offices working across a variety of high profile project sectors to include education, technical facilities, hotels, leisure, workplace and private one-off commissions.

✓Responsibilities
✓Responsible for assisting in the preparation of design and construction documents
✓To provide design and technical support
✓Amend and update drawings
✓Assist project teams and other staff members as required
✓Liaising with members of the design team and Provide Assistance to the design team where appropriate
✓Working towards deadlines, budgets, and resolve any issues that may arise
✓Managing all building regulations
✓Visit site to ensure everything is running to plans and timescales
✓Requirements
✓Proficient on AutoCAD and Revit is Preferred
✓Major private practice experience
✓Advanced 3D Capabilities
✓BIM management Dynamo grasshopper is beneficial
✓Technical design
