Assistant Building Surveyor
Description✓Our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based near Islington, are currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth
✓In this opportunity the successful candidate will be working under the guidance of the building surveying directors and associates
✓This role will involve utilising and developing your technical skills, communication, health & safety, administration and development skills.
✓In this position you'll be assisting with Party Wall Issues, Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Commercial Refurbishment Projects, Contract Administration and Project Management

✓It is envisaged that the successful candidate has minimum of 2 years' experience within building surveying with the ambition to purse the RICS APC.

✓Job Title: Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor
✓Salary: £30k - £45k DOE
✓Start date: ASAP [happy to wait for notice periods]
✓Reporting to: Director
✓Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 5.30pm

✓Assistant Building Surveyor Position Requirements
✓A professional degree in Building Surveying
✓Two/three years' experience within the industry
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office - Especially Excel and Word
✓Assistant Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
✓Salary: £30k - £45k DOE
✓Support with professional training and progression / Including APC support
✓25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
