Building Surveyor
Description✓We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a Chartered surveyors based in Glasgow to join their growing team
✓Our client operates UK wide and this role will be focused on external walls and cladding projects across the UK
✓Our client is one of the leading firms dealing with a range of large clients.
✓The successful individual will ideally have experience in project management, condition surveys, survey applications and general building surveying
✓This individual will be chartered and have a wealth of experience, happy to go out running and signing off surveys
✓They will need a full driving license and happy to travel across Scotland and northern England.
✓This role is suitable for an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a change and working in a fast past environment
✓Our client is flexible regarding experience; however, 2 years+ experience is preferred.

✓Building Surveyor to join a successful chartered surveyors based in Glasgow
✓Role will focus on external wall condition surveys, project management and general building surveying duties
✓Working UK wide on exciting schemes
✓Seeking this position due to continued growth and wanting to grow the team
✓Building Surveyor Position Requirements
✓Degree in Building surveying [RICS Accredited]
✓Knowledge of external walls and cladding
✓2 + years' relevant experience
✓Experience in project management, condition surveys and general building surveying duties
✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✓Strong specification writing and IT skills
✓Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
✓Competitive salary [£30,000 - £50,000 DOE]
