✓On behalf of our client, an experienced specialist rainscreen cladding contractor, KCS are looking for a Contracts Manager
✓You would be overseeing and managing various projects, mainly in the London area

✓The Contract Manager role holds a critical position within the team
✓Working with internal colleagues and reporting to the Managing Director, the Contracts Manager will manage around 5 projects and site managers to ensure the projects are completed to the highest standards.
✓Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and compliance with all contract conditions
✓You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work and maintaining a safe working environment.
✓This position requires regular site visits in London a few days a week, with the main office located in Ashford, Kent, which you will need to visit once a month.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Oversee and manage multiple contracts and site managers.
✓* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
✓* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
✓* Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
✓* Create and monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets.
✓* Participate in project planning, staff performance monitoring, resource allocation, materials ordering and risk management activities.
✓Key Requirements:
✓* At least 3 years of experience with Rainscreen Cladding
✓* Strong communication and organisational skills
✓* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
✓* SMSTS and CSCS
✓* NVQ level 6 In Site Management
✓* Excellent leadership qualities
✓* Knowledge of building regulations
✓* Knowledge of Microsoft office and projects is desirable.
✓* Strong contractual understanding
