On behalf of our client, an experienced specialist rainscreen cladding contractor, KCS are looking for a Contracts Manager
You would be overseeing and managing various projects, mainly in the London area

The Contract Manager role holds a critical position within the team
Working with internal colleagues and reporting to the Managing Director, the Contracts Manager will manage around 5 projects and site managers to ensure the projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and compliance with all contract conditions
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work and maintaining a safe working environment.
This position requires regular site visits in London a few days a week, with the main office located in Ashford, Kent, which you will need to visit once a month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage multiple contracts and site managers.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
* Create and monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets.
* Participate in project planning, staff performance monitoring, resource allocation, materials ordering and risk management activities.
Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience with Rainscreen Cladding
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* SMSTS and CSCS
* NVQ level 6 In Site Management
* Excellent leadership qualities
* Knowledge of building regulations
* Knowledge of Microsoft office and projects is desirable.
* Strong contractual understanding
