Description✓Wandsworth Project
✓Tier 1 Developer, RC-frame residential Project
✓Up to c.£35,000 - £40,000 + Package [Pension scheme, Private health care with BUPA after 6 months, Perkbox scheme]
✓London's most prestigious Developer are currently looking to recruit a Document Controller for one of their Flagship sites in Wandsworth.
✓The Company:
✓A large, London based Developer who arguably have the best end product in the UK market.
✓We have placed a lot of staff across the company over the last 5 years, all giving excellent feedback regarding the company & the high-end projects they complete.
✓The role:
✓- Document Controller role
✓- Asite experience is a necessity
✓- Experience dealing with BIM coordination on a project
✓- Act as main point of contact for the document management system [Asite & SharePoint] in accordance with the Administrator role as stated in the TQM guidelines.
✓- Site based in Wandsworth [with an initial 2 month period based in Tower Bridge office]
✓- Uploading of information.
✓- Audit quality check of all submittals
✓- Re-assign submittals
✓- Publish all submittals
✓- Managing Asite protocols, lists and libraries.
✓-Training and support to all Asite users
✓- Arranging access for contractors and external users
✓- Assist Technical & Commercial departments with collation of tender packages.
✓-To keep effective and efficient archiving of all electronic and hard copy documentation.
✓- Maintain document registers and ensure these are up to date
✓- To ensure document flow is carried out by all departments in a timely manner
✓- To be or become efficient in the use of noted electronic document control systems including SharePoint
✓- Site Admin responsibilities
✓- General office support
✓- Hours: 8am - 5pm
✓Salary and package:
