✓We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their Property Services team.
✓Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are:
✓Undertaking all aspects of electrical work including repair/renewal works, maintenance and fault finding.
✓Fuse board replacements
✓EICRs
✓Smoke and CO alarm replacements
✓Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders
✓Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.Requirements of an Electrician are:
✓City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
✓2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
✓City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent [essential]
✓Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA to record job information.
✓Full UK Driving Licence [manual]Benefits for the Electrician role:

✓7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to FridayThe ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
