✓The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering successful property and construction projects across the UK and worldwide.
✓The new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a wide variety of projects across the Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Heritage sectors
✓Working with a diverse client base and a specialist team of friendly, enthusiastic quantity surveyors.
✓The company have an impressive in-house structured training programme and an impeccable track record helping individuals through their APC and plan to make this a top priority for the successful individual.
✓Responsibilities including pre and post contract cost reports, estimating, evaluation of tenders, collating tender documents, and agreeing final accounts.

✓1 year experience or placement year in a UK construction consultancy
