✓We are currenlty seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Labour manager for a construction company in West London.
✓This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the resourcing and delivery side and does not want to do business development.
✓You will be tasked with sourcing the labour requirments for the construction company as and when required
✓You will need to have a solid background in blue collar recruitment, with a solid base of resourcing, either from own databases, adverts or job groups.
✓The role is full time office based through probation, and then able to become a hybrid 2/3 days in the office from then on
