✓Location: Bromley, Southeast.
✓Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k +Training +Benefits
✓Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor
✓Profile: We have an established client recruiting in and around the Bromley area for a hardworking and independent Legionella Risk Assessor
✓They are looking for a candidate who has experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic Hot and Cold-water systems in line with the ACOP L8 and HSG Guidelines, the successful candidate will be a part of an expanding team
✓Process and Cooling system Risk Assessments would be desirable, but training can be given to the successful candidate
✓Applications will be considered from: Croydon, Beckenham, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Orpington, Grays, Gravesend, Tilbury, Tadworth, Sutton, Epson, Reigate, Woking, Hounslow, Twickenham, Brentford.
✓Experience & Qualifications:
✓" Will have extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor, working in line with relevant ACOP L8 / HSG guidelines
✓" Will ideally hold the City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing [or equivalent qualification]
✓" Will have excellent communication skills.
✓The Role:
✓" Carrying out risk assessments on domestic Hot and Cold-water systems, across the South East/ M25 for various Education, Retail, Manufacturing and Local Authority clients
✓" Using PDA / Tablet systems to provide clients with Risk Assessment reports and explaining any remedial actions and ongoing compliance.
✓" Ensuring that all work is carried out in line with HSG / ACOP L8 guidelines
✓" Maintaining and building good working relationships with clients
✓Alternative Job titles: Legionella Risk Assessor, Environmental Risk Assessor, Water Hygiene Risk Assessor, Legionella Consultant
