✓We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative [Plumbing Bias] with strong multi-skilled experience to join the housing repairs team in a mobile role on behalf of Epsom and Ewell Council.
✓The hours required are 42.5 hours a week.
✓Daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Operative are:
✓Installing sanitary ware
✓Flushing
✓Laying pipework
✓Tracing leaks
✓Conducting legionella testing
✓Fire alarm testing
✓Repairing locksRequirements of a Maintenance Operative are:
✓Full UK Driving Licence [clean]
✓DBS checked
✓Level 2 NVQ PlumbingBenefits for the Maintenance Operative role:
