They specialize in working with local authority housing associations and councils across London.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our team and undertake reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks in the North London area
The successful candidate will have a strong background in various trades and be confident in the following areas:
* Carpentry
* Roofing [renewal and repairs]
* Plastering [including patch plastering and rendering]
* Painting and Decorating [internal and external, including wallpaper removal]
* Minor Brickwork
* Fencing Repairs
* Path Repairs
Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
* Apply expertise in multiple trades to complete assigned projects and repairs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Candidate Requirements:
* Full UK Drivers License to enable travel to various work sites.
* DBS Clearance to ensure suitability for working in social housing environments.
* Previous experience in social housing or a similar maintenance position.
* Proficient in the specified trades and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Shift timings: 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
