✓Job Summary:
✓We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our team and undertake reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks in the North London area
✓The successful candidate will have a strong background in various trades and be confident in the following areas:
✓* Carpentry
✓* Roofing [renewal and repairs]
✓* Plastering [including patch plastering and rendering]
✓* Painting and Decorating [internal and external, including wallpaper removal]
✓* Minor Brickwork
✓* Fencing Repairs
✓* Path Repairs
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Carry out reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
✓* Apply expertise in multiple trades to complete assigned projects and repairs.
✓* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
✓* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
✓Benefits:

✓* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
✓* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✓Working Hours:
✓* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
✓* Shift timings: 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
