✓You will play a crucial role in efficiently executing reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks to a high standard
✓Your expertise in multiple trades will be utilized to complete various projects and repairs, allowing you to showcase your skills and broaden your experience.
✓Desired Skillset & Responsibilities:
✓* Reactive and pre-planned maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
✓* Apply expertise in multiple trades to complete assigned projects and repairs.
✓* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
✓* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
✓* Minor Brickwork, Pointing, Brick Replacement/Facing
✓* Paving/Path repairs
✓* Painting/Decorating
✓* Plastering
✓* Fascia, soffits, guttering, and down pipe repairs
✓* Fencing repairs and renewals
✓Package & Benefits:
✓* Salary: £37,000 per annum
