✓We are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join the property services team supporting the contract with Dacorum Borough Council
✓You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within domestic and other properties
✓The hours required are 40 hours per week.
✓Responsibilities for the Multi Trade Operative role:
✓Carrying out responsive and planned repairs in resident's homes
✓Repairing or replacing doors, skirting boards, floorboards, door locks and handles, etc.
✓Plumbing repairs
✓Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
✓Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.Requirements for the Multi Trade Operative role:
✓NVQ Level 2 / City and Guilds in Plumbing or Carpentry
✓Full UK Driving Licence [minimum of 12 months]
✓Valid Disclosure and Barring Service Check [DBS Basic or Enhanced as required]
✓Manual Handling
✓Asbestos Awareness
