✓We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in West London
✓Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:
✓Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works such as kitchen and bathroom replacements on occupied and void properties
✓Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedulesRequirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:
✓NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering [preferable]
✓Full UK Driving Licence
✓Previous experience within the responsive maintenance environment
✓Asbestos Awareness [desirable]Benefits for the Multi Trade Operative role:
