Multi Trader Operative
Description✓Calling all Multi traders!!!
✓We are currently looking for Multi Traders Operative to join our client’s property service team supporting their contact with local authorities, initially you will start as a temp hourly rate £20 for 12 weeks then you go permanent with the client.
✓You will carry out maintenance works in residents’ homes efficiently and to a high standard, while adhering to all health and safety requirements
✓The services you will provide will include but limited to general handyman work within properties.
✓You will be working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, covering properties in and around the Wandsworth area in London.
✓What are we looking for?
✓It’s important you have previous experience in a similar multi trade role and would be advantageous if you also have experience within the social housing sector
✓You must have a full driving licence as you will need to make your site visits
✓You will have a flexible, adaptable approach to work as you will be working in a variety of properties.
