✓Salary up to £40k [Full-time Employed Position] + Benefits + 45p per mile [to provide own car]

✓Excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trader to join an established and growing client of ours within the Property Maintenance and Housing sector
✓Job Role:
✓Working as a mobile multi-trade / multi-skilled engineer on a full time employed basis and working around the Lewisham - Catford / Sydenham area
✓Responsible for working throughout domestic and residential properties, and for an established non-profit housing provider
✓You'll be responsible for maintenance and repair works across all types of trades such as, basic carpentry, basic electrics, basic plumbing, tiling of small areas, plastering, and painting.
✓Carrying out repairs, reactive works, minor installations etc
✓Role includes 25 Days Holiday, plus benefits and based on a 37.5 hour week
✓Skills and Experience Required:
✓You'll need to have similar multi-trade experience and ideally hold relevant qualifications such as; NVQ or City and Guilds certificates
✓Varied experience across carpentry, minor plumbing, plastering etc
✓Come from a background in property maintenance and the multi trade sector
✓Ideally social housing experience
✓Full UK driving licence - you'll need to supply your own vehicle
