✓Location: Head Office NW2, working in London area within M25Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + overtime per annum and company van/fuel card.Contract: Full time, permanent
✓KBK Property Services is a reactive and planned maintenance company operating within the M25. We cater to block management and letting agents but due to continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Painter and Decorator to our small team based in North London.
✓As a qualified Painter Decorator with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, you will undertake allocated repairs within agreed timescales to a high specification whilst working under minimal supervision

✓Requirements:
✓• 10 years + Painting & Decorating Experience.• Exterior and interior painting and decorating.• High standard of wallpaper hanging.• Able to send photos and daily updates by email from smartphone.• Ability to work on own initiative.• Friendly and flexible attitude.• Valid driver’s license.
✓This is a full-time PAYE position, which includes paid holidays and enrolment in the company pension scheme
✓You will be supplied with a company van, fuel, phone and uniform.
✓Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
