✓We are looking for a Plumber to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in Staines.
✓Daily responsibilities of a Plumber are:
✓Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
✓Bathroom installations or repairing/replacing any component within toilets, sinks, and baths
✓Radiator replacement, three way valves, immersion elements, and tank/cylinder replacement [no gas]
✓Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedulesRequirements of a Plumber are:
✓NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
✓Full UK Driving Licence
✓Previous experience within social housing or a fast-paced repairs environment
✓Asbestos Awareness [desirable]Benefits for the Plumber role:
